In the 1990s, Kevin developed a system called the "Bourke Wealth Solution" based on the need to create both profitability and safety in investment po rtfolios.
On the average, institutions, like pension and endowment funds, earn significantly higher rates of returns than individual investors*. Kevin developed the "Bourke Wealth Solution" to allow the individual investor to act like an institution. The goal is to achieve better returns, with less risk, than the typical investment portfolio.
This system has worked so well that most of our clients have been with us more than 10 years.
